Project: From concept, developed an enhanced swaddle product that satisfies babies’ need to be held, thereby solving the sleep problem new parents face. Identified target consumer, her needs and chief concerns to design a product that’s easy, intuitive, safe—and deliverable at an acceptable price. Created a brand and voice that meets this consumer where she is emotionally, and developed marketing collateral that clearly articulates the product’s added benefits and scientifically-supported claims to the juvenile products’ community.
